100TPD Soybean Oil Solvent Extraction Plant for Production Line
There are certain NonTriglyceride factors exsit in the crude Soybean oil, such as free fatty acid, water, suspended impurities, volatile matter, odors and etc. The oil refinery adopts the advanced technology to separate the impurities from oil, and then get edible oil with standard quality . The main function of this type oil refinery is to produce the high quality refined oil. Pretreatment Flow :100TPD Soybean Oil Production Line -process Flow :Full continuous oil solvent extraction machine technological process introduction: oil solvent extraction machine main parts:1st Seed Pretreatment :1. Cleaning device:
remove the raw material in various impurities, such as: iron, stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not exceed 0.2%.of crushing, the SOYBEAN is suitable for crushing with the moisture of 7% to 12%.
2.Crushing .--> Softening ---> Flaking3. Extruding (Puffing) : Adopting the puffing machine can not only improve the yield of rice bran oil ,but also reduce the consumption.Through extrusion puffing section, on the one hand, can make solution lipase in the rice bran passivated under high temperature and high pressure condition,then prevent the rice bran oil rancidity; On the other hand, the extrusion puffing section can make rice bran become porous material grain, and increases the materials bulk density, then improve the permeability and leaching rate which solvent reacts to the material.4.Meal Drying: The puffed SOYBEAN contains about 11% water, and the best moisture for leaching process is 7-9%, therefore, there must be effective drying means to achieve the best leaching moisture.Adopting counter-current dryer can make water and temperature meet with follow-up process requirements, and improve the oil yield, as well as oil quality.4.Oil Solvent Extracrting:
In our solvent extractor, oil is extracted from SOYBEAN. There are a series of rooms in the equipment for keeping the mixture of solvent and crude oil (miscella) with concentration gradient.The crude oil mixture is pumped out for evaporating. 2nd Crude Oil Solvent Extraction process:1. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor 2. Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be diss-olved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).3. DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.4. Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , then add saline water to it. The phospholipid in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying. 5. Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it. 6. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling. 7. Condensers: to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.3rd Oil Refining Applications:All kinds of vegetable oil ,e.g. soybean oil ,palm oil,peanut oil,sesame oil , cottonseed oil,rapeseed oil,flaxseed oil,mustart oil, pepper seed oil,tea seed oil,peony seed oil, copra oil,coconut oil, rice bran oil,corn germ oil,shea butter,sunflower oil,etc.Main Refining equipments Introduction: 1.Refining tank (degumming and neutralizing):
Also named Dephosphorization and deacidification tank,under 60-70ºC,it occurs acid-base neutralization reaction with sodium hydroxide. After stirring by reduction box,it can decrease the acid value in oil and separate the impurity, phospholipid which will enter into soap stock..The oil can be refined further.
2.Bleaching tower:
Also named bleaching, dewatering tower, it removes water from oil by vacuum.The bleaching earth is breathed into bleaching tower, after stirring, filtrated by filter and change the color of the oil.
3.Continuous and combined deodorization tower (stainless steel):
The qualified decolored oil enters into the spiral plate heat exchanger to recover most of the heat, and next goes to high pressure steam heat exchanger to be heated to the process temperature (240-260ºC) and then enters the deodorization tower. The upper layer of combined deodorization tower is the packing structure which is mainly used to remove the odor producing components such as free fatty acid (FFA); the bottom layer is the plate tower which is mainly for achieving the hot decoloring effect and reducing the peroxide value of the oil to zero. 4.Vertical blade filter machine:
Equipped with vertical leaf filter to remove used bentonite from the oil, operating conveniently and continuously, low laboring tense, keeps environment well, keeps oil residence in deposable bleaching earth in low level.
5.Steam Generator: to produce steam for the deodoration section.6.Termal oil boiler: supply the heating that needs during produce, temperature up to 280ºC.7.Vacuum pump: supply the vacuum for decoloring and deodorization sections, up to above 755mmHg.
